Honey Harbour Public School is situated on Georgian Bay in the town of Honey Harbour.
Our school has 45 students enrolled in grades Junior Kindergarten to Grade Eight.
Our school was built in 1961. Currently it is a two room school house with a two portables for resource and French. Our school is twinned with Glen Orchard Public School, and is located 1 1/2 hours from Bracebridge.
Our 50th Reunion is quickly approaching. The date is set for Sept. 10th, 2011. Please contact the school if you are able to help out with this event!

Honey Harbour Public School is "the small school with a big heart". Our annual Terry Fox run raised $13,677.26 from 2000-2009 with an additional $1328.60 this year. Also this year, students from HHPS have donated over 200 cans of food to the Midland Salvation Army, helped pack Christmas Hampers, raised awareness for our troops overseas and at home, collected winter coats, mitts, and hats that were donated to the Salvation Army in Bracebridge, and raised $134.24 for Sick Kids hospital in Toronto.
Please note that our buses are Simcoe Bus Lines. There are four areas within Simcoe and buses may be cancelled in all or one or two of these areas. We are part of the north area. In the case of snow days please listen for bus cancellations for "All Simcoe buses" or "Simcoe-North" area.
